High School Awards Presented - June 2002
To promote and reward scholastic and citizenship achievement, we donate
award money to the local high school to fund a portion of their annual Magrath
High School Achievement Awards.
Town of Magrath Celebrations - July 2002
The proceeds of the 2002 Lions Pancake Breakfast and annual Lions Steer Raffle
in the amount of $1000 was awarded to the future Magrath Skate Park now in
planning stage.

We sponsored our "Lions Clubs Friendship
Night" in Magrath, Alberta on Tues September 17, 2002, 7pm at the
Magrath Lions Hall. This was an excellent opportunity for the members of our
community to learn more about who we are, what we think and what we Lions do.
